Returns

  • General Guidelines

  • The original sales receipt must accompany all returned merchandise. New items returned will be credited the full purchase price and applicable taxes to the credit card the order was originally charged to. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. BroncoHut.com will only issue credit to the original credit card used for the purchase of the item(s) returned. Retail store credit cannot be given. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved merchandise will be returned to the customer at his or her expense. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns. We will not accept returns on custom-made parts. Items incorrectly shipped to BroncoHut.com will not be returned to the customer.

  • Local Store Return

  • Please read the following instructions prior to making a return to The Bronco Hut Auto Parts store location. All merchandise returned as NEW must be in its original packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the product. All returns must be presented with the original purchase receipt. No exceptions. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Refunds will only be issued to the same card used for purchase of the item being returned and you must present this card. Retail store credit will not be given.

  • Returning Parts to www.BroncoHut.com

  • Should it be necessary to return part or all of your order to www.BroncoHut.com you may obtain a return code by navigating to the Order Detail page. Once a return code is generated, you may print the information to be included with your return. The printed return code and product information will serve as your proof of purchase. In the event you are unable to access your account or obtain a return code, you must provide a copy of the original purchase document, shipped with the product being returned. In order to protect yourself against lost or damaged return shipments, we suggest shipping with a carrier that provides tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation, such as UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For returns involving warranties or defects, products shipped in error, or products damaged in shipping, you will need to send us an e-mail via the Online Ordering section of the Contact Us page, or you may contact us at 1-303-663-1455 for assistance. You will need to specify the order number for the product you wish to return and be able to provide a brief description of the nature of the problem with the product. A Customer Satisfaction Agent will assist you with the return and provide a return code and prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) via e-mail.

  • Parts Shipped in Error or Damaged in Shipping

  • We will issue credit to the original credit card used for the purchase price, applicable taxes, shipping costs for items shipped in error or damaged in shipping. Credit will be issued automatically upon receipt and inspection of the item(s). If only a portion of your original order is returned, credit for the original shipping costs will be pro-rated.

  • Types of Returns / Definitions

  • NEW: Products qualify for New Return, if they have not been installed, are in their original packaging, unopened, including all original materials supplied with the product.

    CORE: This term refers to new or remanufactured item(s) for which a core value is charged. Core value is refundable upon return of the old part.

    WARRANTY/DEFECT: Refer to our Warranty Policy to determine coverage.

    USED: All USED products are sold as is and can not be returned except for special cases. Otherwise it should be noted that all USED part sales are FINAL.

  • New Returns

  • Items returned, unopened, uninstalled, in their original packaging, including all original materials supplied with the product will be credited the full purchase price and applicable taxes to the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Warranty / Defect Returns

  • Items returned for warranty / defect will be credited for the full purchase price and any applicable taxes upon receiving, inspection and confirmation of a defect or warranty coverage. Credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase only. No retail store credit will be given. Please see our Warranty Policy to determine warranty coverage.

    Items shipped in error will be refunded based on the original billing invoice for the purchase price of the item(s), shipping costs and taxes. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase only. If only a portion of your original order is returned the amount refunded for shipping may be pro-rated.

  • Core Returns

  • Core returns are the responsibility of the customer. BroncoHut.com will not refund return shipping costs for cores returned to BroncoHut.com. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. All core returns must meet the following guidelines for credit consideration. Item(s) failing to meet these minimum specifications will not be eligible for credit and will not be returned. All items must be returned in the manufacturer's original box or container in which the new item was delivered. Products submitted in non-standard packaging will not be accepted. Core credit will only be issued for the exact number of units sold, based on the original selling invoice. Core credit will not exceed the original core value charged. Cores must be in good condition. Rusted, damaged, weathered, or unassembled cores, broken housings, bent shafts, missing parts or salvage yard cores will not be accepted or returned. Cores must be identical to the new part purchased. Core credit will not be issued if your part does not arrive at BroncoHut.com.

    Core Return Special Instructions: Remove any parts from the core needed to install the new part. Drain all fluids from the core! Place core in plastic bag and seal the bag. Place bagged core into the manufacturer's box the replacement part was supplied in. Upon receipt, inspection and approval, core credit will be issued for the applicable core value.
